Mia is a little girl who adopted Champ in "Beauty is Only Fur Deep."

When Mia arrived at Shelter 17 with her mom, she was very excited to adopt Champ despite the fact that he was wearing a ridiculous-looking toupee make of fur scraps (to cover-up the fact that he was bald) but Champ initially rejected Mia due to his overly-confident and stuck-up attitude. However, after rescuing Mia at the mall, and realizing that she loved him even without fur, he accepted her as his perfect person.
