Joe Ansolabehere (born June 18, 1959) is an American animation screenwriter and producer. He is co-creator, former executive producer, and former writer for the Hub's Pound Puppies. Works he has previously worked on include Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue, Dinosaur Train, Sid the Science Kid, Lilo & Stitch: The Series, Beethoven, Duckman, and Rugrats. He was also one of the developers for Hey Arnold!, although he was not the creator. In addition, he also helped co-create Recess and Lloyd in Space with partner and friend Paul Germain, one of the creators of Rugrats.
He, Paul Germain, Wendy Moss Klein, and Nancy Steingard, helped create the Hub's reboot of Pound Puppies and served as the four executive producers for its first season. He and Germain left Pound Puppies after season one, leaving just Klein and Steingard as executive producers for season two, who themselves left and were replaced by Bart Jennett for season three.
