Agent Todd is a member of the Royal Canadian Pound Puppies.
Personality[]
Todd is very calm and collected, though his temper can be riled, such as when Fabio insulted him at the D7. He's not a very bright individual, though he seems to be smarter than the other Royal Canadian Pound Puppy agents.
Appearance[]
Agent Todd is an Alaskan Malamute with light gray fur on his legs and muzzle, and dark gray fur everywhere else. He wears a red sweater with a Canadian maple leaf on it. He speaks like a stereotypical Canadian, adding the word "eh?" to the end of every sentence.
Appearances[]
He first appeared in "Homeward Pound"; he and his team helped Lucky to find Niblet and Squirt in the Canadian wilderness.
He next appeared in "Mutternal Instincts", as part of a group of international Pound Puppy operatives visiting Shelter 17 with Delorse, Ping, and Bingo. He was bickering with Fabio, who called him an "Ice Licker".
